Requests / Ticketing Module

I would love to be able to embed the ticket request form on a webpage outside of the client portal for all clients to request a support ticket and if they have a portal it would filter there and if not, it would create an opportunity in Moxie to then bill if needed for work.

I have a client that sends multiple tickets for the same request, it would be really useful to link these tickets together

Enable tracking time to a request so you can see how many hours were worked on it. This should not be mutually exclusive to also tagging the time entry with project / deliverable.

When a client creates a ticket, have it become part of the regular task list under that clients profile.

I would love to see an option to add a ticket number to each ticket.

It would be nice to see Tickets added to the Home page Calendar Categories so we can see tickets that are due on their due dates.

It would be nice to also see the tickets we are assigned to or all tickets in the work to be done section similar to the project Tasks that are there now. They can be organized by due date as well.

It would be nice to be able to sort Tickets the way you can sort Project Tasks. Can we please add a filter that allows you to sort by a user, status, client, etc...

I prefer using the requests feature to email for my clients. I've found that if I view the client portal as my client, I can then send a request in from there to launch a new support thread. This is really handy if we've just had a phone or whatsapp conversation and I want to transfer the info into Hectic, or if I want to tell the client something like asking them to review/approve a completed deliverable. It would be really nice to have the feature in Communicator to start a request/ticket thread with a client for a particular issue rather than sending an email.
