Enable tracking time to a request so you can see how many hours were worked on it. This should not be mutually exclusive to also tagging the time entry with project / deliverable.

I would like my contractors to be able to track their time against "tickets" as well as tasks, however I see there is already a request to be able to create a task from a ticket so we might look at that as a workaround.
