Different screens give different text-editing experiences/workflows, adding friction to the user experience.

The Description box here appears by default, but it's invisible. Give it a border, at least:

The Note box here does not appear by default, but it's obvious when you summon it, (and has editing features that the Description box lacks).

Why not provide us with a new blank Note box when we view this tab?
