As a freelancer that works on different types of projects, some tasks need different statuses and custom fields that aren't relevant to my other projects. It would be awesome if each project could have its own specific set of custom fields, statuses, etc.
In my mind, there are a couple of possible solutions:
1) You can set specific custom fields/statuses on a project-by-project basis. This wouldn't give you the flexibility to have different task types within projects, but each project would have a unique set of fields relevant to the tasks within that project.
2) Similar to ClickUp, you could have "projects" then "lists" inside of them. Each list could have a unique set of fields/statuses but, one more lists would roll up to the "project." I imagine this would be a far more significant investment/buildout, though.
