I assumed I was tracking the progress of a proposal rather than the progress of a lead to a customer.

I have customers that will give me multiple projects and I want to be able to track propoals rather than whether someone becomes a client.

So today I got a new potential project, I created a new proposal based on some of the information to hand but I didn't share it because it's not ready yet.

But after I saved it, it appeared in the Proposal column which is confusing because it's still being worked on.
