Ticket to new Opportunity automation

I'd like to use the Client portal to receive new work from existing clients and make them estimations for it. It will be great to allow them to do this via their own portal!
So I need an opportunity to be created when there is form submission in the Request tab. Right now everything is in place, you can create the form, connect to the request(ticket) type, connect it to the opportunity stage and it all works, except that it stops working when the form starts being used for ticketing. It is just creating a new ticket, even though the form is linked to new opportunity pipeline stage. It will be great to make that relation actually work and do its magic.
