It would be helpful to automate forms and their emails like a workflow. For instance, when a client purchase 3 coaching sessions, I’d like to:
- delay adding a meeting request to the project
- after the meeting is done, id send them a follow up email with a link to schedule the next meeting
- after the last meeting, id send an off boarding email
Having reminder emails to prompt the client to schedule and pausing any subsequent meeting requests until the previous one is booked would help with timing.
I could also replicate this flow with Make or Pipedream actions to:
- send an email template
- add a form to a project/opportunity
- search meetings associated with a project/opportunity
- retrieve a project’s packages

A must have feature. It would be great to have automated follow-up emails that you can have set as templates and have sent automatically to leads in intervals you can set yourself.
