Allow Workflow Automation (decision/wait for) to be triggered by project TASK

Along with the option for Project Completion - allow for the "Wait for" and "Decision" triggers to include TASK completion.

I was just looking for this in the context of the status of the Default To-Do items.
When in XYZ Pipeline Stage, IF (default to-do #1) is complete AND IF (default to-do #2) is complete, then ... 
... change Pipeline Stage to XYZ.
.... send email XYZ
.... add XYZ note to Opportunity Activity area
.... create client

This would be nice along with a "project complete" stage so we can fire emails when a project is complete
