I have a client that runs their financials on the 16th (1st-15th billable hours) & the 1st (16th-end of month billable hours) every month.

I'd like to specify when I send the invoices by the date of the month, not "every two weeks." So I'd like to send invoices to this client on the 16th & the 1st of every month.
