Right now it does not look like the processing fee is calculating tax. Since this is a taxable line item it's extra work during tax remitting time.

I know it may be a bit of a challenge as the way the fee is calculated now takes into account the subtotal+tax, but hopefully, there's an equation out there to figure it out.
