Ability to create contracts for collaborator/other freelancers

I'd like to be able to create contractual agreements for when I work with other freelancers that state the scope, and pricing etc of our work together.

This would be great. Right now I have to use another solution like Docusign. I want to be able to send documents and get signatures for, NDAs, Project scopes, and agreement to other freelancers.
