I wanted to suggest an integration of Reclaim AI that could greatly enhance the functionality of Moxie CRM for smart task scheduling and management.

Automatic Task Allocation: Reclaim AI’s intelligent scheduling could help ensure everyone is working efficiently without overlaps.

Real-time Syncing: Having tasks and appointments seamlessly synced between Reclaim AI and Moxie would help keep tasks on track.

Dynamic Deadline Adjustments: If due dates are updated on Moxie these should be sent and updated on Reclaim AI for it to suggest deadline adjustments for tasks based on current workloads, it would help teams manage their time better and reduce stress.

Customizable Workflows: It’d be great to create workflows that trigger actions in Moxie based on events from Reclaim AI, such as updating a task status. Then when completed in Reclaim AI also update the status in Moxie.

I believe this integration would streamline our workflow and enhance productivity. It would not only save time but also allow us to focus more on our tasks rather than managing our schedules. I know it saves me a lot of time and guess work and have been able to provide more accurate time frames for workloads.
