Reputation management is pretty big feature creep. IMO a lot of existing features should be more robust before they consider adding new ones.

Charles Metzger: hello Charles, You are right that it would likely be a big feature to implement completely.
There could be a simple alternatives like offering templates to add automations for getting reviews. Or have a review button within a client portal. 
I believe that reputation management is a crucial part of any person's business.
