Trigger automations by time or active hours

I want to be able to trigger an automation that will only send during business hours. So if I need to send a form/agreement/email it will send immediately if the opportunity is added to the specified stage during business hours or if initiated after business hours it will wait until say 8am to send.
Currently the only option is to set up a delayed time automation. This doesn't help me if I'm physically at a client's home and need to send them an agreement immediately. BUT if I happen to add them to the stage at 11pm (when I usually do my admin work) I want it to wait until a reasonable time to send it to ensure the client sees the email.

Yes please! This is very important to me. My use case is that I want all automations to be paused over the weekends and overnight, so that no emails go out at awkward times. Right now I actually don't use the "send email" feature because emails going out on weekends is a deal breaker for me.
