It seems like the scheduling is not working or at least it's not clear in the app. When I hit schedule the status says "sent" in the invoice overview page and when I click back to the invoice it said it was sent at the time that I scheduled

Geoff Mina Ah ok thanks Geoff! I think it's just unclear. If there could be another tag in the Invoices table that links to Inbox >> Scheduled Emails or a note somewhere in the table that would be really helpful.

It would also be awesome to schedule recurring invoices (e.g., for retainer accounts) based on payment due date rather than invoice send date. For instance, if client payment is due on the first of the month and it would be awesome to automate recurring invoices so they go out a week before the 1st of the month (Geoff Mina let me know if it's better to submit this as a separate idea!)

Ari MasonThis feature exists. You can just choose to have your invoices go out on the 20th (or whatever) and then have them due on the 1st of the next month.

This would be especially useful for setting up client subscriptions - so that I can set up all my clients in one go, but schedule the subscription email to go out on a certain date

For new clients, I like to send a proposal that also includes the deliverables, contract terms & payment schedule. It would be great to have the ability to have all invoices within that payment schedule be automatically sent on a specified, scheduled date, instead of having to do it manually!
This would be the icing on the cake for me!

Yes, please, either that or set a normal sending time, my customers will think I'm crazy sending invoices at 00:00h.

I always wonder what my clients think when they receive their monthly invoice from me at midnight. If setting a specific time isn't an option, delaying from midnight until 8 am local time would be an awesome alternative.
