This is very much needed as I need to send reminders to my clients on tasks they need to complete.

Especially helpful for invoices. I often put together invoices as soon as I get off the phone with someone but don't want to send them immediately.

I would like to see the same. If you want to enforce your operating hours than sending an email off hours sends the wrong message.
