When a client submits a referral trough a form, I would love to see a way that the client can track that referral and their reward. I have a tiered referral structure when the clients referred business signs on, that client gets a cash or credit reward and/or a discount on future services.

I would love just to be able to track referrals for sending thank you emails to the referrer. My workaround now is to add a to-do to the opportunity to send the email within 7 days of becoming a client, add the referrer as a contact to the client, and then I can send them an email through the communicator using a template with the contact name and client name tokens. The only trouble is if a referrer has referred more than one client; the token only pulls in the first client (I have to edit the email for the correct client).
Having an easy way to see who has referred who so I can stay on top of my thank yous would be awesome - and I won't have to use a whole other system for this.
