This has been updated to unarchive / mark active if an email based comment comes in on a ticket that has previously been marked closed.

Geoff Mina I just had a User upload a file to a closed/archived task. The task did not show on my tasks as "unarchived - client responded" instead it was still in the same state of being archived. The only way i knew they had done this is the notification bell.
