Diego Souza Mello: Great, except that they are only indexed by one of their email addresses in Moxie, so emails sent from their other accounts won't show up as an email in Moxie's inbox for that client and, their tickets and forms won't match up if they use anything other than the one indexed email (they become a new opportunity instead), and, for me, most significantly, they can't access their client portal unless they remember which email address to use. I'm guessing we'll never be able to add multiple emails as anything other than custom, non-indexed fields.

Jsin: Hi Jsin. I get your point, but I don't know of any system that works this way. Since most of them uses email addresses as user id I suppose it would be a bit complex to identify one client through more than one email.
Also, the same client may use different addresses for different businesses, in this case, even if we record all the additional addresses in the client profile (using custom fields), we would also need to create a new user, with one specific address for the other business of the same client (sorry if I wasn't very clear here ;-) ).
One possible future solution would be the ability for us to forward an email to Moxie and then "attach" the message to the correct client.

Jsin Agreed. This week 2 different prospects input one email address on their info request form, and replied to my Agreement emails with a different email address. So Moxie Communicator didn't pick up their responses until I added a duplicate contact with the extra email address - which is kind of redundant creating a copy of a contact, within the original contact listing.
I'd love to be able to add a second email address within the original Prospect screen that would cause the Communicator to bring emails using both addresses into the Prospect Opportunity Activity area automatically. Geoff Mina

KC You can do this with Custom Fields that are on the Opportunity and Contact record of type "Email".

Geoff Mina I'll try that out. Will the communicator pick that up and automatically attach them to the existing opportunities? Sometimes it's tricky looking things up here due to all the improvements you keep making! : )

Definitely phone and email. Esp as one of my clients sends half his emails from Joe.Smith@gmail and the other half from JoeSmith@gmail... (everyone has both emails automatically - apparently).

This would be awesome. One of my clients has an email alias for each of their addresses, where a full name before the at sign gets mapped to a short version. Currently, I need to create an additional contact for the same person which makes little sense.

Same with multiple phone numbers. Some contacts have cell phone, direct line, & company main number that I'd like to have. Sometimes even home/personal number.

It's common for me to have a contact with 2, 3, even 4 different email addresses, but Moxie only has room for one. I asked Austin and he told me I need to create a new contact for each instance of a new email address. I'd think I could just add multiple email addresses, and hope that could be added soon. Multiple phone numbers as well!
