More robust "client notes" section

I love Moxie, but one limitation I'm experiencing is the inability to add robust meeting notes to projects. There is a "client notes" section, but it doesn't have a simple-to-use editing toolbar or other helpful features like toggle blocks, etc. Consequently, I can only add short notes without the page starting to feel cluttered. The notes don't "fold up," either, adding to the cluttered feeling.
This would be HUGE for me and really help me bring all of the elements of my projects together in Moxie.

New notes are live. We have gone through and replaced all of the markdown text editors with Rich Text Editor.

Just started using Moxie this month and LOVE everything about it but this... I've been using Notion for my weekly meeting notes with the various agencies I white label for/with, and I'd love to be able to take Notion-like notes in Moxie client/project files!!! I can't wait for this update!

Notes with a toggle would be useful. I like to put a date of the convo and then add my notes under it. Toggle options would be ideal in this scenario to tidy it up
