Hi Caitlin - if the time is showing as "un-billed" it means that it was tracked to a project that is configured for Hourly billing. If you aren't actually billing by the hour, you could change the project away from hourly billing. If the project is hourly and you just don't want to bill that specific period of time, you would just need to unset the project from the timer event so it didn't get classified as "un-billed".

Geoff Mina: Ah! Thanks for this work around. It's mostly from when I was first beginning to use the app and has been sitting there bothering me since. Thanks!

Hm, replied too soon. I tried this by tracking a few minutes under an hourly client but not attaching a project. It's still tracking as unbilled (both in the status column, as well as the total unbilled hours block in the feature row). Image attached (image with 46.24 total hours worked)
I also just went into a project that I have on retainer. It's still showing all the hours as unbilled. Image attached (image with 92.39 total hours worked).
Let me know if I'm missing something.

Caitlin Rulien: ok. This might be a bug related to the new update. If the project is retainer that block shouldn’t even get populated. We will take a look!

Geoff Mina: Appreciate y'all!
