Global payment terms/rich text on meeting schedulers (as an option)

I'd like to be able to set a global verbiage/rich text with a link to our terms and conditions for all places where a meeting requires payment. When we make tweaks to it, I have to remember to change it on every single scheduler and it gets tedious.
