It would be very useful to be able to have a setting we could turn on that would create a task for each ticket submitted. I know we can do that manually but then it's an extra step just to create the task.
OR, even easier, (I would think), have a view where we could see all tasks and tickets together... so for ABC client I see their tickets and their tasks in one view.. not have to go two places to see everything I need to do for them.
