We have introduced a new toggle in the timer events to flag them as billable or non-billable. This can be set when editing a time entry or when running the live timer.

Mark Time Entries as Archived or Non-Billable

I sometimes choose not to bill all of my tracked time on hourly projects. I've noticed the items that I didn't include on the invoice continue to clutter my list when generating invoices. It would be super duper to have the option to manually mark these as non-billable or archived, or even filter them out of the list once the job they're under is marked complete.

I would also use this for internal projects! I think it’d increase accuracy of “true hourly rate” on insights page too :)

This may be a variation of this request -- sometimes I decide not to bill for some time that I tracked. When invoicing I don't check those items, so they're not added.
But then that time continues to show under "unbilled" and confuse me. But I do want to track the time I spent.
Manually changing it to "billed" even though it really wasn't, would solve that problem.
Even better might be having a different category like "write off", "Not Billable", or "Good will".
Or maybe a check box inside the timesheet entry for "do not bill."

Sometimes I let my clients cover their expenses in exchanged goods or services, or outside payment platforms. I'd love to have the ability to just mark these hours as billed, without having to write an invoice and putting a discount on it or giving them credit in the system, or something like those
I'd just like the quick solution to mark these entries billed from the edit time-entry dialog with 2 clicks and then forget about them. :)
it's important to say that I do need to keep these entries, so I can't just delete them (which could have been an alternate solution)
