I'm trying to rely on Hectic's inbox instead of Outlook because there's so much stuff in Outlook I don't need to see.

When I look at Communicator, there's a flag when a new message comes in and when a new phone call comes in, but not a new email.

Can we please have the same type of flag, in the same place, for new emails? Right now, I have rules set up in Outlook to open a New Message window to tell me when a client has emailed me because this flag needs adding. I understand that there are notification tones...but I have to keep pop-up and audible notifications to a minimum.
