We use moxie daily and love it, we love that almost all of our client communication is centralized.
The ONE and only thing that would make it better is if ALL of our client communication was centralized with the use of our VOIP SIP system.
We use 3CX currently and there are no integrations that's outside of the large CRM's such as Hubspot. It's a pain to call and SMS clients via 3CX when there's no information, names, or anything attached to their accounts, constantly having to switch back and forth between screens.
I would absolutely LOVE to have Moxie as an option to use our SIP services through them so I can see who's texting us, calling us, and if that client has any tickets open etc.
