Right now, the welcome text for the client portal reads, "Welcome, here is your account snapshot." When there is content to display, this makes sense - it is a snapshot of important tasks the client needs to do (approve a deliverable/task or pay an invoice), but when there is NO activity, the widget with those notifications displays nothing. Can there be a default text, "Nothing to see here. Go here and tell us how to help!" (or something to that effect), linking the client to a form that allows them to begin a request? This is an excellent spot to add links/buttons that encourage the client to begin/continue their journey with their advisor/consultant, etc. While you could just add this to the "welcome" text, a conditional display of text/links options would be nice to have: "If there is no action for client to take, display the following" kinda thing. Maybe this is ambitious, but I think this could enhance the quality of our messaging here without the need to overflood the "welcome" text. Thank you!
