Add forms to client portal

Awesome idea! This should be a top priority!

Yes this would be amazing.

I agree, forms is a big way that I get information from clients. Being able to upload forms to the portal and allow clients to access, view and edit if needed would be a huge plus. This would also stream line things. I would be able to comment on a task and let my client know that they can move onto the next step of completing the form.

I would like this as well. My clients send me new projects every month and I would love for them to be able to fill out the form in their portal and have it automatically sent to me. Also, if this is not available, have an email sent to me when they fill it out.

Related to this: it would be helpful if clients were automatically emailed a copy of their responses. I use forms to collect feedback midway through project with clients, and it's great if they can recall/remember what they said later down the road.

Also, it's a tad redundant to add forms and schedulers to an opportunity/client/project but not have some information prefilled.
Is it possible to create a specific link to a form that:
- links it to an opportunity, project, or client
- pre-fills contact and business information
- can be embedded in emails as a smart field or token

Blessing: YESSSSSS THIS!!!! and It makes it feel so much more personalized when the client receives a form that already has some of their information in it, rather than having to fill out their name, etc. When I inquired about this, the solution I was given was to go into that client's individual unique form and delete those parts of the form, so that they didn't have to fill it out.... which doesn't accomplish what I want at all. I want the information there, I just want it to pre-populate from their existing client info, rather than them having to put it in as if I don't know anything about them yet. I'm not sure what we have all the mapping fields in the forms for because it doesn't seem that anything actually maps from one feature to another.

I was thinking about this as well. I have different forms and meetings for different types of projects and clients. It would be great to tag forms, meetings, projects (like project types), and various types of resources. Then in client portals, show forms/resources according to how they are tagged.
