Ability to communicate within client portal

We have issues getting emails, especially everytime Microsoft does an update. We have had clients email us with important information, assume we got it and actioned it and we never received it. I am using a different app to communicate with the client in a portal, where they are emailed that there is a message for them and they sign in to get the message and communicate back (there is also an in app notification for those that download and use the mobile app). I'd love to see this in Moxie - to turn on when they become a client. (also with the ability to set up recurring or future dated messages within the portal as well)

I have to comment that the Client Portal is, in my humble opinion, way underdeveloped.

We're in the process of switching from Hubflo to Moxie (a MASSIVE upgrade) but the only thing missing is the chat feature. Much like Slack, we use this to replace back & forth emails for casual communication with our retainer clients. This feature would truly make this an all-in-one for us!
