Send email/agreement/invoice/etc. reliably after a meeting 📆📧

I was trying to set up an action through either zapier or Moxie Workflow automations, to trigger an action after(!) a meeting has ended.
The problem is, with the zapier integration I can get the data when the meeting is ending, buuuuuut zapier sets that in stone when it's triggered and will send the email even if the meeting will get canceled or rescheduled.
One of the platforms I use offers a zapier trigger that only triggers after a session actually happened, so the reschedules and cancels do not break it.
Actually just the ability of sending acustomized email would be enough. (you can put links in that) But sending out anagreement would be also nice. Or moving someone down the pipeline after a certain session automatically.

Peter Varnai based on what you are describing, it sounds like building an Automation in Moxie based on an Opportunity Stage may work for you. It will not be strictly automatic, but maybe after the meeting you can flip the Opportunity to that step and have the automation send the email/agreement?

oooor in the pipeline automations it would be possible with a decision if there was a "today" or "time now" option - if the end date is less than the "date+time now"
probably not the best as it would check only once a day, but this feature actually could be used for more than just this! Maybe this is a separate request =)
