What I need: A meeting scheduler that sends polls to multiple people, gathers availability, and books the confirmed time automatically.
Current problem: I regularly coordinate meetings between myself, clients, and contractors (often across 2 time zones). Right now I'm using Moxie forms to poll availability, manually blocking times in my calendar, then manually creating and sending Zoom invites to all attendees. It's clunky and time-consuming.
Requested features:
  • Send a poll to 2+ people showing available time slots in each person's local time zone
  • Automatically hold the proposed times on my calendar (clearing once the meeting is booked)
  • Once votes are in, let me confirm the preferred time with one click
  • Automatically generate and send meeting invites and reminders to all attendees
This would streamline client project kick-offs and eliminate the current multi-step manual process.
