So clients can come back at a later date and use the same link to agree to contracts with outdated information and cost of services.

Please add this feature as it's really helpful. Now there is no option to void the contract.

Set expiry for agreements

Now that we have setting options for the new agreements, would it be possible to add an expiration to them? I would prefer a custom date option. That way, if not signed by x date, the client can no longer access the agreement. (I know we could probably set up a workflow but feel it would be much easier to have this in the settings.)

Some things to consider:
- Ability to set expiration date automatically via workflow (for different services/opportunity types, this could be variable)
- Set a default expiration date on the account level
- When an expired proposal is viewed by a client, it would be great to show them a button to request an updated proposal
- Set default email template for proposals that are expiring

The important part about this is being able to put the expiration date into the agreement itself. Right now that has to be done manually, along with having an automation setup to void the agreement.

This can be done via the workflow automation but you need to use the pipeline stages

This would be really helpful.

This should be a standard feature prices for services can rise quickly and it is bad for business if we have to decline a proposal that is no longer financially viable as it looks bad to the client.
Chiara Broom
Definitly agree - proposals should have a time limit
