1. Create a "Previous" and "Next" arrow or button to quickly move on from one expense to another in the pop-up view. See attachment.
  2. Create checkbox select functionality on left-most column for expenses. Allow us to select some or all expenses, and perform bulk actions - bulk categorize, bulk assign vendor, bulk reimbursable.
  3. Search and/or filter
As these stack up, allow us to search by term, or category, or price amount etc, to allow us to make bulk actions from #2 easier.
