It would be nice to either have a checkmark that can be checked next to a transaction or the whole transaction to be highlighted different color indicating that the transaction has been reconciled against the account. Something to indicate that you have looked at the transaction and OKed it.

Also, maybe a column with paperclip to indicate that there is a receipt attached.
