Fix expenses showing a paid date when NOT paid.

Expenses show a paid date even when NOT PAID is selected. This seems like a bug more than a feature request. I wouldn't mind seeing a dot or check that indicates paid or not paid for quicker scanning.

Display issue fixed and a notes field has been added.

Another option that could be helpful is a notes field to write down method of payment or a check number? This is specific to my needs, not sure everyone could use this?
