I think the perfect customer journey in my opinion, would look something like this:
User uses the website form with an inquiry --> Zapier trigger --> places the client inside the inquiry section of the Pipeline --> On the pipeline it shows you can send an email to respond to the inquiry --> If you send a a respond it moves the client to the Prospect section --> either you can now continue to send emails or you can setup a meeting including a discovery form --> A client then responds to the form with stuff like websites they like, logo file upload (looking forward to this - also hope there will be a section inside the client view, where you can store files), fonts they want to use and a color picker for their main colors etc. --> a custom email is sent to the customer with a meeting date and the ability to reschedule, cancel etc. (should also be customizable emails - hope this will come) --> After a meeting has been completed it moves to the proposal section --> ....and so on.

We need to see all activity related to an opportunity - things like last contact, email history and the ability to make a phone call too right in that Pipeline window. Also, associating a contact for that Pipeline opportunity.

As of now we have no internal way to know where we stand with a client and we have a different multi-step pipeline than the one in Hectic.
