This is complete. There is now a link for "View hours" on a sent invoice that makes it much more clear that the end client can view the details.

I have to mark an invoice as sent to see the detailed line items today. It would be good to have a "view more" or "expand" icon on the Hourly line items so that you can view what is included regardless of whether the invoice is Sent or Draft state. The expanded view should group by week, day, individual item to make it easier to consume for the end client.

Presently the invoice mentions the minutes as a fractional part of hour. Like 1 Hour 30 minutes are shown as 1.5 which is understandable but a quantity like 7.7 can be confusing. Instead of 7.7, using 6 Hr 40 Min or just 6:40 is better.
