Client list: sort or drag to re-order

People should be able to arrange clients through sorting or dragging to re-order. Sort options could be: alphabetical, date added, and most recent activity.

Currently, there is a sort button in the header for client list view, but the sort order isn't reflected in the card view.

We will keep this feature request open to add additional sorting capabilities to the card view. However, we did resolve the random sort issue by adding a default alphabetical sort for the time being.
