I don't know if this is a bug or something I'm doing wrong, but every time I go to add a service to an agreement/proposal, the box showing service options shows up very low, without the ability to scroll to see them.

The box is often under other elements as well, so I can't click the right option or save.

To fix this, I have to close it, refresh, scroll as high as possible before clicking "add service" (or whatever) and then it will sometimes be large enough to work with and not be trapped under the chat button or other elements.
