Automated email templates aren't using "From Name" and "Signature" from Communicator

I've set my meeting to auto send a confirmation email. When the user receives this email, my "From Name" and "Signature" that I set in communicator for my Gmail account is not being used. The from name is my first name in lower case and there is not signature block in the email body.
If I manually send an email through the Inbox, it does set the From Name and Signature for the email.

Hey Katrina - the email is being sent by the mailbox configured in Client Portal --> Custom Email. You would need to set your From Address there to correctly pass that through.
Email templates do not support Communicator signatures. If you wanted your signature in your email templates, you would be required to add them directly to the template email itself.
